أعلنت الكتلة الديمقراطية السودانية، في اجتماع قيادي رفيع المستوى عُقد اليوم بمدينة بورتسودان، عن إجازة نظامها الأساسي وهياكلها التنظيمية الجديدة، في خطوة استراتيجية تهدف إلى تعزيز وحدة التحالف ومأسسة أدائه السياسي لمواجهة التحديات المصيرية التي تواجه البلاد.
وأوضح الجنرال مني أركو مناوي، القيادي بالكتلة، أن الاجتماع أقر الهياكل القيادية التي تشمل (المجلس الرئاسي، المجلس القيادي، ونواب الرئيس)، مشيراً إلى أن التحالف بصدد استكمال الترتيبات لعقد اجتماع موسع في الخامس والعشرين من شهر رمضان الجاري، للتوقيع الرسمي على الوثيقة الدستورية المنظمة للكتلة.
من جانبه، أكد القيادي الأمين داؤود أن هذه الخطوة تأتي استجابةً لمتطلبات المرحلة المفصلية من تاريخ السودان، مؤكداً أن ضبط الأطر القانونية للتحالف سيسهم في تفعيل العمل السياسي الميداني. وفي ذات السياق، وصف القيادي عبد العزيز آدم عشر الكتلة بأنها التحالف السياسي الأعرض في السودان، مشدداً على ضرورة وجود نظم قانونية تضبط العلاقات البينية للتحالفات السياسية لضمان فعاليتها وتماسكها.
وقد اعتمدت الكتلة هيكلاً إدارياً متكاملاً يضم 25 أمانة متخصصة موزعة على قطاعات حيوية، أبرزها:
- القطاع السياسي والعلاقات الخارجية.
- القطاع الاقتصادي والمالي.
- قطاع الشؤون القانونية والدستورية.
- قطاع السلام والنازحين واللاجئين.
- قطاع الشؤون الإنسانية والمرأة.
تؤكد الكتلة الديمقراطية التزامها التام بحماية المصالح الوطنية العليا والسعي الدؤوب لتحقيق تطلعات الشعب السوداني في الاستقرار والعدالة.

Sudanese Democratic Bloc Announces Institutional Restructuring and Approval of its Internal Statutes
PORT SUDAN – March 2, 2026
The Sudanese Democratic Bloc held a high-level leadership meeting today in Port Sudan, officially approving its internal statutes and new organizational structures. This strategic move aims to institutionalize the alliance’s political performance and unify its vision to address the critical challenges facing Sudan.
General Minni Arko Minawi, a leading figure in the Bloc, stated that the meeting ratified the leadership hierarchy, including the Presidential Council, the Leadership Council, and the Vice Presidents. He announced that a general assembly will be convened on the 25th of Ramadan for the formal signing of the Bloc’s Constitutional Document.
Furthermore, leader Al-Amin Daoud emphasized that this restructuring responds to the current “pivotal phase” in Sudan’s history, noting that establishing a clear legal framework is essential for effective political action. Leader Abdul Aziz Adam Oshur described the Democratic Bloc as the broadest political alliance in Sudan, highlighting that robust legal systems are vital to maintaining the cohesion and efficacy of political coalitions.
The Bloc has adopted a comprehensive administrative structure featuring 25 specialized secretariats across vital sectors, including:
- Political Affairs and Foreign Relations.
- Economic and Financial Affairs.
- Legal and Constitutional Affairs.
- Peace, IDPs, and Refugees Affairs.
- Humanitarian Affairs and Women’s Rights.
